Role:
The Director of Sales will play an instrumental role in building enterprise cybersecurity business in West and South India, and will be carrying sales quota for the region.
Job Role:
- Presence, Credibility and confidence to Open Doors for Large deals
- Excellence in Sales : Personal Focus and Discipline to Pursue Targets in a Meticulous manner
- Strong Understanding of Cybersecurity Requirements, Market, and Products
- Strong Personal Network and connect with CIOs / CEOs / CSOs
- Anchor large deals and have hands-on capabilities to run the deal if needed
- Ensure Deal Profitability and Margins
- Identifying new opportunities and present solutions, value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models to clients that meet their needs.
Domain: IT Solution/Software Solution/Cyber Security Solution
Experience:
- 9 - 15 years of experience in sales either with MSSP / enterprise sales in cyber security solutions
- Experience in complex solutions selling to CXOs with a proven track record of overachievement
- Strong experience in Sales methodology with a process-driven approach to Sales
- Ability to work independently with little instruction on day-to-day workload
- Building meaningful long term customer relationships up to C-level
- In-depth knowledge of competitors and ability to apply successful sales strategies
- Flexible to adapt quickly to short, new missions or urgent deadlines
- Negotiation skills to craft solutions that are beneficial to customers, partners
