Our client is a USA based midsize management & technology consulting firm, which combine deep business expertise, process re-engineering, and right technologies to help their clients achieve their business objectives. Their team have proven experience in providing solutions for Financial Services, Insurance, Consumer and Retail, and Technology industries by applying right methods and achieving business outcomes by leveraging Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Platforms.

- This is an Account manager/Business development role where you will start as individual contributor, however with an mission to build an ecosystem of partners and solid global sales operations / pre-sales organisation (both onsite & remote) for the company.

- Business Development Manager / Sales -Director will generate leads, qualify potential customers and engage with clients to identity solutions on our cloud products and service offerings. This position is responsible for sales volume, margin percent and new business goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Lead Generation

- Networks extensively for cloud consulting product & services leads through business groups, industry organizations and Microsoft Partner Organisations in the USA.

- Build & lead company lead generation programs such as telemarketing, open houses, industry events, zoom calls, etc.; follows up diligently on leads provided by the company.

Selling

- Qualifies leads into potential customers; does thorough needs analysis to understand client's requirements for cloud products and services.

- Makes persuasive presentations to customers on company's cloud products and services- through video, written/graphic documentation and electronic means.

- Develops detailed, accurate and professional quotes through own effort or in conjunction with technical team and presents these to the customer in a timely manner.

- Responsible for close of sale by obtaining signed sales orders, terms & conditions, client purchase orders and deposits as required. Stays involved throughout sale implementation to ensure that any changes in scope are identified and resolved, and that both customer and company are satisfied.

Customer/Account Interfaces

- Provides frequent and regular follow-up contact with customer regarding after sale services and information, including customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Minimum of a bachelor's/PG degree in business or sales and marketing preferred.

Requirements & Skills:

- 5+ Years of IT/Cloud Sales experience in US market (preferably Microsoft & east cost) in the mid-market banking & financial services clients in the USA.

MUST: Experience with IT services

Compensation:

Competitive Base + Uncapped Commissions

~$100k+ Year 1
