Luxury sales experience required!!

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Fully understand and embrace the vision and values and its application in all tasks associated with the host's duty.

2. Adhere to all brand standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of the operation.

Operational Ownership :

1. Demonstrate initiative and creativity in developing tailored solutions that meet the needs of the Club and members

2. Create results driven plan with focus on revenue generating prospecting activity

3. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and product teams to improve the quality of the value proposition

4. Proactive management and ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle

5. Develop impactful sales, marketing, PR and technology integration programs with partners that move the needle

6. Negotiate contracts, statements of work, pricing contracts and development agreements

7. Manage and lead the team/team members responsible for outbound outreach and inbound channel coverage


8. Develop partnership and business development strategy based on research, expertise and understanding of the Club's strategy and goals

9. Foster and grow relationships rapidly throughout all levels of the customer organization

10. Possess experience in selling technology and value-based solutions

11. Lead the initial customer contact organization to identify, qualify and escalate new leads for the organization

12. Use excellent knowledge and experience in utilizing CRM and best practices

13. Ensure the team's accountability to goal setting and hitting goals.

14. Provide performance evaluations with an eye to improve team member output

15. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for driving new business

16. Collaborate with all departments to grow revenue.

17. Work with the Marketing and Communications team to handle all client communications, in order to exceed expectations, retain business and increase ROI for brand partners.

18. Hire and direct team members for consultative selling, digital products, new sales associate curriculum and CRM.

19. Work with the Marketing and Communications team to develop core messaging for the Company's internal communication plan and strategic partnerships with service and technology partners.

20. Monitor and provide comprehensive sales reporting on key performance metrics while adjusting strategies to fully optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

21. Achieve annual operating plan by prioritizing selling time to generate sales volume, achieving account penetration and completing territory coverage.

Skills Required :

1. Open to traveling

2. Enjoy selling and mentoring sales and business development teams

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritization skills with keen analytic and quantitative skills

4. Experience in implementing business development initiatives

5. Experience in managing a sales and business development teams

6. Enjoy "Wowing" the Customer

7. Proven ability to roll up your sleeves and directly execute against rapid, lasting growth goals

8. Prior luxury hospitality/comparable sales managerial experience strongly preferred

9. Prior luxury hospitality/comparable Business Development experience preferred

10. Demonstrated expertise across all aspects of business development, marketing, relationship management, and sales

11. Ability to exceed expectations, find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture

12. 10+ years of relevant experience in relevant, direct sales and business development.

General :

1. Establishes good guest relations and rapport with all teams and guests at all times.

2. Reports for duty punctually.

3. Be well groomed and presentable at all times and according to the DISCOVER collection grooming guidelines.

4. Participates and encourages/ensures team participation in training, as required.

5. Participates in the building of an efficient Sales and Business Development team.

6. Keeps a professional working manner at all times.

7. Shows enthusiasm and motivation at all times.

8. Has a complete understanding of and adhere to the Club and team rules and regulations.

9. Has a complete understanding of and adhere to the Club relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

10. Completes any other duty assigned by Management.

11. Arrives on time in accordance with the Company grooming guideline.

12. Assist other teams when required to complete the tasks assigned.

13. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational Requirement :

- Degree in Sales and Marketing, an MBA (or relevant work experience)

- Relevant training, additional qualification, and certification will definitely be of great help.
