Role : Director - Business Development

Exp : 18-24 yrs

Organizations Preferred :Technip, Samsung Engineering, Bechtel, Haldor Topsoe, Honeywell, Linde Engineering, Lummus Technologies, UDHE and Similar kind of organizations.

Expectations :

1. Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Proficiency in business development and contract negotiation for technology licensing, EPC, LEPC, and other contracting modalities showcasing ability to drive growth and secure valuable partnerships for the organizations.

2. Project Life Cycle Expertise: Experience covering the entire spectrum of project development, from conception and design to commissioning and troubleshooting, end-to-end understanding of the project life cycle is a significant asset.

3. Technical Expertise: Experience in various aspects of engineering, including process design, basic and detailed engineering, modularization, and troubleshooting.

4. Leadership and Team Building : As a leader and your track record of team building demonstrate your aptitude for managing and motivating teams to achieve common goals.

5. Communication and Presentation Skills: Being an excellent communicator and presenter is crucial for conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences, whether they're clients, team members, or stakeholders.

6. Relationship Building: Strong relationships with clients and ability to cultivate these relationships are instrumental in maintaining successful business partnerships.

8. Technical and Commercial Strategy: Developing and executing technical and commercial strategies for steering your organization towards growth and profitability.

9. Modularization and Process Design: Involvement in modularization and process design adding value by showcasing ability to optimize processes and contribute to innovative approaches in plant development.
