Looking for a Director Sales BFSI Role for a Dutch headquartered AI-driven Solutions company in Telecom & BFSI space. They have office in NL, UAE, India, Singapore etc

Location: India, APAC (Work from Home)

CTC: upto 1.2 Cr including 40% variable pay

- Exp in core sales and hunting in MEA, and SA regions.

- Software solutions selling experience for Banks who are employed in Fintech companies and hold deep contact with decision makers in different Banks in those regions.

As the Director Sales for SEA you:

- Will be responsible for selling the firms AI for CX and Customer Lifetime Value Management solutions in BFSI domain across the globe, with special focus on Middle East and South Asia. He/She will be driving all activities of the Sales Cycle from Identification to Closure and Contracting.

- Leverage own relationships, own networking and develop new relationships with C Level executives of customer.

- Develop a value selling pitch specific for BFSI market

- Develop opportunity specific partner/channel if necessary.

- Presentation to Clients, Preparation of Proposals and Negotiation of Commercial Terms and Conditions.

You have

- Minimum 10+ years of Predominant Sales experience, selling into Banks, Insurance and Fintech companies in Middle East and South Asia

- Experience in selling enterprise solutions in areas related to CRM, Customer Experience Management, Marketing Automation and Customer Analytics

- MBA from a premium B school

- The ability to make impactful customer centric solution presentations to customer organizations (CMO/Marketing Director, Product Heads, Digital Heads, Technical Heads)

- Understand commercials, contracts and the ability to negotiate sustainably profitable commercial terms and conditions

- Must have developed the Customer from scratch (Most recently in last two years). Ability to identify, connect and network with key stakeholders at the customers end on a regular basis.

- Aware and informed about the latest trends of the industry (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation)
