Position: Sales Director- Banking SAAS

Location - Mumbai/Noida

Key Responsibilities: FI BAAS Coverage

1) Grow key partnerships with multiple Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs/Start-ups in Indian Financial Ecosystem for driving BAAS sales.

2) Manage & grow alliances with existing and prospective lending partners across multiple product lines such as buyer/supplier channel finance, supplier finance, Merchant BNPL.

3) Complementing the Product & Technology Team for platform sales and development of customized product offerings for Banks/FIs

4) Conduct product demo to Banks/FIs and ensuring deal closures through consistent follow ups.

5) Negotiating commercials and finalizing contracts with the clients.

6) Understanding the requirements of Banks/FIs and presenting it internally through clear/concise communications.

7) Stay abreast with latest regulatory guidelines on Digital Lending and ensure growth of alliances in line with extant regulations.

8) Prior experience in Banks/Fintechs/NBFCs involving engagement with Senior Management of these organizations.

9) It is essential that the candidate is an extremely professional, energetic and motivated team player who demonstrates the highest levels of integrity and honesty.

10) Strong sales "hunter" skills, with the focus and drive to overcome obstacles and to advance a complex sales process.

11) Prior experience of negotiating large strategic sales including all phases of sales development: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation and ongoing relationship management is a key requirement.

12) Intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrable drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients.

13) The experience and temperament to work in a fast-paced technology start-up environment.

COMPETENCIES MUST TO HAVE

1) Deep knowledge and understanding of financial concepts and metrics of corporate finance, profitability and working capital management.

2) Ability to learn and absorb new products quickly and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands.

3) Have a great executive presence and presentation skills to articulate value propositions to a wide range of organizational and functional levels.

4) Consistently work with a collaborative, team-oriented style.

5) Proven relationships with customers that trust your ability to bring them products that add immediate value to their organization.

6) Strong experience in selling technology-based platforms to Banks/FIs.

7) 5-8 years of experience in FinTECH, SaaS, Bank & NBFC

8) Education: Tier 1/2 MBA

9) Excellent/ strong analytical skills

10) Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
