The ideal candidate possesses a successful sales leadership history, edutech market expertise, and strong team management capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Devise sales strategies for exceeding revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales team for high performance.
- Identify edutech trends, new opportunities, and rivals through market research.
- Cultivate strong client and partner relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing for impactful sales campaigns.

Must Haves:
- Bachelor's in Business/Marketing; Master's a plus.
- Must have handled 200+ team size in B2C inside sales (non-negotiable)
- 12-15 yrs sales, 5 yrs leadership required.
- Proven record surpassing sales goals.
- Deep edutech knowledge & market savvy.
