Founded in 2014 by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania alumni, this Delhi based company has raised more than $65Mn in funding.

As a Director of Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our enterprise sales team. This role operates in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding business targets.

What you will do:

- Working closely with the Founders, with direct mentorship, and taking ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for your region

- Developing and managing complex sales strategies, including forecasting potential revenue streams

- Owning and delivering predictable and healthy Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

- Engaging with top management and CXOs to drive product deployment

- Identifying potential customers and create new business opportunities

- Converting new customers and effectively grow the existing client base

- Managing and driving the growth and margin targets for your designated region

- Attracting, retaining, and developing talent across sales teams

- Collaborating with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure high-quality service for clients

- Mentoring and training your sales team, addressing training gaps and ensuring their professional development

What you need to have:

- At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience

- A strong willingness to be part of a young, dynamic team that is building a disruptive and sustainable business

- Exceptional curiosity and communication skills to understand and convey the value delivered by our company

- Proven team management experience with the ability to provide feedback and guidance to your teams

- A track record of working in a hypergrowth environment and the ability to go from zero to one and one to a hundred

- Motivational skills to unite your team and achieve shared goals

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on putting the customer first
