Director - Sales - APAC Region

Urgent opening for Sales Director (APAC Sales Leader) for one of the comapny into

Position:

Strengthening our success in the Asian markets, we are looking for an APAC Sales Leader, who is enthused about the power of Industry 4.0 and is ready to spread the next phenomenon in this space. As member of the core management team of the company, the Sales Director would also take part in expanding the company in European and American markets.

Responsibilities:

- Join hands with the CEO in defining and refining the go-to-market strategy of the company

- Define and execute upon direct and indirect sales charter in the region

- Lead the team of BDMs, BDEs based out of India and performing hunting/ farming roles

- Be responsible for Order Booking, Revenues (MRR/ ARR) and Profitability for portfolio of customer HQed in APAC region, including India

- Build & sustain C-level relationships with existing and prospective customers

- Take up direct farming and hunting responsibilities for identified set of key customers & prospects

- Act as a brand ambassador and trusted partner towards customers in process manufacturing and batch manufacturing space

Ideal candidate:

- 10 to 15 years of IT/ Tech consulting sales experience, with more than 5 years of sales management experience

- Rich experience and thought leadership in the space of Digital Manufacturing & IIoT

- Network of C-level and decision-making executives in the manufacturing industry

- Domain and technology advisory skills in the manufacturing operations space for process & batch manufacturing customers
