Company - Whitehat Jr Looking for a passionate, pedigreed Analytics Leader with hands-on experience of handling data at large scale and driving business intelligence with minimum 5 -10 years of experience. Responsibilities: - Leading and owning data and analytics for Sales BU. - Building sales insights by executing diagnostics/predictive analytics covering the entire sales cohort from various parameters like inputs, product, category etc. - Designing programs targeting sales performance- incentives, appreciation, rewards, performance management - Leading a Team of 2-5 - Management dashboard designs and reporting process automation to enable business objectives - Execution of RCA and hypothesis-based analysis to support the business insights and embed those into business actions - Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision-making. Skills Required: - Strong in SQL &amp; Excel and good to have experience in Tableau. - Strong exp in RCA &amp; statistics - Data Analytics Visionary. - Experience in the field of Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Data modeling - Strong in analysing the Data and creating dashboards. - Strong in communication, presentation and business intelligence. Qualification: Engineering/Post Graduate from premium Tier 1 institutes (ISB/IIM/IIT/BITS Pilani/SPJain/JBIMS)
