2. Would this person have any team reporting to him? : 1 more sales person in India, this position will report to global and local leader

3. Senior sales person with minimum 20 years' experience

4. 10+ years experience in selling Engineering services - This is must

5. Well versed with Aero domain, passionate about Aero domain

6. Have sold services to Indian as well as foreign clients (US, Middle East and more)

7. Managed minimum portfolio of Euro 20 Mn

8. Based in Bangalore - this is must

Key Pointers:

- Business Development, Strategic Planning, Project management, Sales & Marketing in Global Aerospace Industry with partnering for growth opportunities.

Specialist on Indian defense offsets, procurements and policies, with experience on dealing with US/ UK entities with revenue accountability & high network among peers.

- Develop multi-year business strategic plans that identify key products and channels that will enable the business to achieve its goals of growth and profitability that includes partnership and collaborations. (Short- and long-term business growth plans)

- Lead collaborative process with finance, contracts and plants to develop growth pipeline for product sales, margin analysis; Conduct CSR initiatives & formulate business plan in line with applicable industrial and defense laws and policies influencing at time.

- Provide guideline to enterprise on Aerospace & Defense business environment in India, including financial, legal, regulatory, and political aspects.

- Maintain executive relationship with Airline, Military customers in region to resolve customer issues & place Eaton content on new platforms.
