Key Pointers:
- Business Development, Strategic Planning, Project management, Sales & Marketing in Global Aerospace Industry with partnering for growth opportunities.
Specialist on Indian defense offsets, procurements and policies, with experience on dealing with US/ UK entities with revenue accountability & high network among peers.
- Develop multi-year business strategic plans that identify key products and channels that will enable the business to achieve its goals of growth and profitability that includes partnership and collaborations. (Short- and long-term business growth plans)
- Lead collaborative process with finance, contracts and plants to develop growth pipeline for product sales, margin analysis; Conduct CSR initiatives & formulate business plan in line with applicable industrial and defense laws and policies influencing at time.
- Provide guideline to enterprise on Aerospace & Defense business environment in India, including financial, legal, regulatory, and political aspects.
- Maintain executive relationship with Airline, Military customers in region to resolve customer issues & place Eaton content on new platforms.
