Job Description :

This role includes direct liaison with Global technology platform leaders (direct interface with Oracle, Workday, SAP, Microsoft, Coupa, iValua, SailPoint, MetricStream, ServiceNow and SalesForce), Services Leadership and Team, other Department Leads (i.e. TOM, Asset Maintenance, Marketing, FP&A, Communications), Program Management Office, Global Delivery Network Leadership & Team, Solution build teams and other stakeholders in the Program.

Description :

- Manage & govern the day to day ongoing technical and platform innovation/update activities, including the management of 10-12 Platform Managers (typically CSD Directors/Senior Managers)
- Oversee & govern activities and ensure contractual and SLA agreements are being met on a monthly basis
- Oversee & govern the Environment Management & Change Management team and activities
- Work closely with delivery center leadon capacity planning and scheduling to meet SaaS Platform maintenance and enhancement needs
- Responsible for the budget to actual management of the SaaS Department on a monthly basis
- Work directly with SaaS Platform Managers and Executive Leadership to develop general and specific innovation and improvement ideas to the SaaS Solutions, i.e. Automation of Testing, Configuration, Data Migration, and other innovative improvement add-ons to existing solutions.
- Work as an Individual contributor and create roadmap for Pre configured Saas offerings

Profile :

- Background in client delivery and managed services, preferably technical background
- 5+ years of program/project management experience

- Understanding of SaaS solution & Technical Assets

- Experience in working across the functions and multiple stakeholders

- Experience working on Global programs/projects, with an understanding of global partnership matters and global reporting

- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills

- Effective communication and collaboration skills

- Innovative mindset and outlook

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
