Director - Robotics Process Automation Implementation - IT

1. Provide leadership to the Digital Automation COE team comprising Engagement Leads, Business Analysts, Configurators and Virtual Resource Managers

2. Manage hiring, on-boarding, training, retention and capability building for the team

3. Engage and build strong relationships with Digital Automation team based in the US

4. Work as a relationship manager and foster collaboration between different teams at GSS supporting Digital Automation (Technology Support Services + IT COE)

5. If the selected candidate has not worked previously on Blue Prism, they will be expected to complete Blue Prism Foundation and Developer training in the first year so they establish themselves as a hands-on leader.

6. The candidate is expected to individually drive select projects for Digital Automation every year in addition to people management and team building activities

7. Mentor the Digital Automation project team in executing projects
