Designation: Director - Rewards

Location : Bangalore / Bengaluru

Reports to CHRO

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnering with senior HR and Business Leaders as a rewards partner for a key business unit(s).

- Acting as trusted advisor for all matters related to compensation for the business unit - Driving data-based decision making.

- Implementing all rewards related rhythms for the business

- Providing deep market insights on rewards to help drive the people agenda for the business

- Leading a sub functional area(s) (for ex: Benefits, Stock, Market Insights etc) for all of Flipkart

- Seeking out competitive and varied market practices while designing plans that take into account our unique context and position in the industry

- Build systems and processes for the sub-function that will sustain the next level of growth for the company .

Requirements:

- 12-15 years of HR experience with a strong learning orientation with at least 5+ years of experience in Rewards. Mix of consulting + line rewards experience would be ideal

- Analytical/logical ability and a solution selling approach

- Deep systems thinking

- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams Ability to program manage across complex situations/multiple stakeholders.
