10-15 years of relevant work experience in Rewards or HR Consulting
- Good understanding of industry, business and commercial dynamics in related industries
- Relationship management competency
- Ability to work remotely with stakeholders - both internal and external
- Proven track record of successful implementation of complex specialist initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory environment
- Highly developed presentation skills and high level of numerical and analytical skills
As an expert in this specialist field, design and implement commercial, compliant and business-relevant strategies, policies and programmes for the relevant business aligned to the overall P&R strategy and policies.
The role covers the dual accountability of P&R lead for transformation program. The key objectives/ responsibilities of the role in these two distinct areas are as follows:
- P&R Lead for Transformation Program: Lead the change management from Performance and Reward perspective . Work very closely with Hiring team and HR Business Partners to ensure hiring framework including but not limited to pay ranges, are in place. Review and re-design, as applicable, benefits framework/ document such that benefits are harmonized.
- Take end-to-end responsibility of Performance and Reward function including management of changes in regulatory landscape, market practices in Total Rewards, compensation structuring, job evaluation, global mobility, annual pay review and benefits management.
