Profile - Revenue or Business Operations
Responsibilities -
Looking for a highly motivated individual, who would be responsible for handling Revenue Operations
- Thrives on chaos and ambiguity, and loves to structure and solve the most complex problems
- Work on developing solutions to scale existing growth levers across Business, Marketing & Product
- Help influence a high-performance culture by challenging critical business assumptions & encouraging cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams & resolve all the issues that could create barriers in meeting revenue numbers
- Implementation of strategic projects. High focus on growth strategy and execution
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, pragmatic commercial, highly analytical
- Proficient in market research and data analysis; should be able to provide strong business judgment/build hypothesis
Requirements -
- 4+ years of experience of handling Revenue Ops or Category Ops for online B2C businesses
- Good at data analytics and love making value out of data
- Have the ability to seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming to conducting and analysing experiments and sweating the details
- Preferable, if he/she has handled Retention Marketing/CRM tools in past. Executed, measured, analysed campaign metrics
