We are looking at a dynamic professional who will lead the global workforce management function. This role holder will partner with project delivery teams & account managers to understand future project road map and leverage resource management strategies to address demand. This role will assess the workforce in relation to required organizational capabilities, partner with the business and execute plans to secure our talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities - 

- Define a workforce strategy for organizational units based on workforce trends, forecasted workforce gaps, risks, and opportunities to ensure it aligns to the overall business requirements.

- Manage end-to-end Resource Management operations involving resource planning, deployment of resources, rotation/skills up-gradation of the workforce, proactive bench to address demand.

- Work with delivery leaders and project teams to ensure enforcement of bench policies and engagement of bench resources

- Own processes & policies to ensure Zero Revenue Loss due to fulfillment issues.

- Systems implementation to ensure global RMG function is scalable and impactful

- Coordinate with Delivery, HR, Recruitment, Training & Facilities teams across locations to execute short term & long term resource plans

- Oversee and manage the collection, analysis, and reporting on performance metrics to drive operational efficiencies, proactive responsiveness, and long-term forecasting.

- Continuous improvement of existing processes, and structures - provide proactive inputs for strategic changes

Qualifications and abilities

- 10-12 years of work experience, with at least 3 years as a Resource Management leader

- Demonstrated ability to analyse and synthesize complex quantitative data into easy to understand and actionable recommendations

- Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and business acumen matched with a high degree of relationship building and agility

- Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, negotiate and influence with and without direct authority at all levels of an organization
