Skills :

Bond Raising :

- Proficiency in raising money via debentures. Should have full knowledge of rules, guidelines and regulations touching upon the issuance of debentures

- Requisite experience in fund raising (NBFC construct), knowledge of end to end processes including regulatory filings, security creation, documentation, etc

- Asset liability Management and borrowing as per the gaps available

- Requisite knowledge of alternative sources of funding available

- Knowledge of the IDF scope and guidelines with awareness towards infrastructure sector

Key Accountabilities :

- Creation, development and maintenance of diversified investor pools

- Meeting investors to create credit appetite

- Rating Agency management

- ALM & liquidity management

Any other requirements/expectations from the candidature for this position :

- Good knowledge of fixed income markets, basic knowledge of derivatives

- Good relationships with the key market participants
