Key Responsibilities - - Constantly driving enterprise wide view and working in collaboration with Head of Industries & regions across Large Corporate as well as Mid Corporate (senior MDs) to deliver in driving - Growth- for the business, vertically as well as horizontally. - Play a central and pivotal role in driving data driven insights and leverage Big Data for Sales prompts in collaboration with Sales Management, Bankers, product partners and Technology. - Build and develop a world class research team structured to best serve strategic and large/Mid Corp Bankers. - Provide regular and ongoing market insights to identify where bankers should focus and sell the customer proposition. Provide a customer-centric perspective to Sales Management SLT. - Client Focused Engagements via developing an ecosystem for detailed Industry Insights, and research covering, topical issues, especially periodic key industry events. - Generate process improvements ideas across the team by designing new and improved ways for pitching and undertaking research.
