Director - Research & Advisory - Management Consulting Firm

Hiring for the role of a Director - Research & Advisory with one of the Leading Management Consulting.

Job location: Bangalore

- Actively shape the direction of ongoing research & advisory services, while working with a large cross-functional team of stakeholders, across Finance, HR, IT, Real Estate and the Managing Directors for the client organizations

- Develop a deep understanding of client industry verticals and provide thought leadership to around future trends

Lead the delivery of strategic consulting engagements, which may include : 

- GCC strategy & business case consulting

- GCC & setup implementation planning

- Market bench marking

- Migration planning

- Capability development and performance optimization across IT, business processes, analytics and digital capabilities at GCCs.

- Drive Client Long Term Value (LTV) by empowering the Client's stakeholders.

- Build a team of consultants and provide active coaching & career guidance to scale up the team

- Support BD teams with research on prospective clients and assist in crafting highly impactful proposals .

Required Experience:

Required 10 years of overall experience including 7+ years of experience at a top-tier Strategy Consulting firm, with exposure to the GCC / Shared Services / Captive market.
