Our client is a leading financial institution hiring for Director - Reference Data Management for Investment Banking products is keen on meeting individuals open for lateral move.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Manage a team of professional into reference data delivery across static data.

- Serve as a point of contact for escalations and manage productivity, migrations, automations.

- Set up objectives for the team and monitor performance.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and teams and assist them with relevant data.

- Support IT teams to run any enhancement/development projects within the team.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- 17+ years of experience in reference data management and for capital markets, investment banking or financial institution.

- In-depth functional / industry knowledge is required.

- Strong experience in change management/project management and lean methodologies.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to define and apply logical approach to issue resolution.

- High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards.
