About Our Client :

Our client is a fast growing MNC Financial Services firm. With expansion in their global business, an excellent opportunity has come up as Director - Reference Data for their captive centre based in India supporting Investment Banking product teams based in US, UK and EU. They are looking for seasoned professional with around 15 years of experience to join their team as Director managing the team supporting global geographies

Job Description :

- Reporting into Managing Director - Operations, you would be responsible for managing reference data team for fixed income and complex structured products across geographies including US, UK, EU, LatAm and other emerging geographies.

- You would also be responsible for optimizing operations and take initiatives for driving change initiatives globally.

- You would be managing relationship with business heads and other senior stakeholders and lead a large team based in India working in a complex environment supporting geographies spanning North America and Europe.

The Successful Applicant :

- You would be an MBA/ Masters from a premier institute with around 15 years experience in Investment Banking in areas like reference data operations for fixed income, derivatives or structured products.

- You should have managed a large team in a global environment working closely with senior stakeholders.

- Deep technical understanding of fixed income products in global markets and awareness of industry standards and best practices.

- Proven and significant experience in the bonds market with direct exposure to structuring / trading / valuations / product control / analytics teams.
