We are on the look out for a Director Recruitment whose responsibilities would be the under mentioned :
- Managing end to end recruitment for different processes
- Vendor Management
- Manage the Sourcing & Footfall
- Manage Advertising & Branding
- Assure the On Time Delivery of batches
- Improve the Hiring Quality
- Monitor and improve the Offer to Join Ratio
- Location compliance (Recruitment Assessment, PIF & Documentation Compliance)
- Budget Adherence (Keeping the CPH as per the company standards)
- Coordinate with the Training, Operations, Employee Care and the Employee Administration in line with Recruitment
- Source the best fit resumes through the Employee Referral, Own database, Consultants against the job requirement & line up the candidates for interview.
- Responsible for Human Resource activities which including Recruitments, Policies and processes, Data Management etc.
- Execute Recruitment Plan for all departments in line with the approved business plan.
- Brand building and positioning the company in the local market
- Conduct the Performance Appraisal Exercise (PMS) and ensure it is duly completed with all fairness and is timely executed.
- Responsible for implementation of Personnel policies and processes.
- Carry out job description for all jobs.
- Prepare Monthly/Weekly roster for outstation recruitment drives and aligning recruiters for the same
- Coordinate with the Training, Employee Care and the Employee Administration in line with recruitment.
- Directly Co-ordinate with the Head of Recruitment for Bi-Monthly HR reviews and Prepare reports and presentation for the same
- Ensure smooth on boarding of new joinees.
- Make the Data Pool ready for all the positions likely to be filled in near future.
- Keeping track record of the all the interviews done and selected / rejected / hold candidates for future reference.
- Conduct leader-ship training (Step-up) for the Recruitment Department.
- Impart training on policies and procedures of the company.
- Employee Engagement Activities
- Conduct Skip Level Meetings if necessary.
- Develop periodic goals, organize the work, sets short-term priorities, monitor all activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of assignment.
- Coordinate and supervise internal recruitment trainings to ensure staff will have adequate competences needed to execute their functions.
- Enforce policies, procedures and work-instructions with staff in order to achieve a standardized way of working towards the recruitmenT.
- Create sound working environment through people management and motivational practices in order to achieve maximum output.
- Ensure Targets are met given by WFM team in terms of numbers, quality and timeliness.
- Ensure thorough Stability check is done before hiring.
- Ensuring all relevant details (such as shift timings, compensation, etc.) are provided to all prospective employees during the final interview.
- Ensure all documentation is complete before offers is rolled out.
- Ensure Respective reference checks done.
- Ensure accurate daily reports are sent to respective stake holders in Operations and HR.
- Employee referral encouraged and rewarded.
- Organize college campus and consultancy drive activities.
- Ensure adherence to the guidelines and compliance policies in Talent Acquisition.
- Enforce & Implement the Talent Acquisition governance policies.
