Director - Real Estate Transaction

- Experience required more than 10 years into end to end Real Estate Transaction

- End 2 end Transaction Management.

- Should have handled transaction for office space

- Must have experience in Commercial Real Estate.

- Identify, investigate, and manage real estate transactions and opportunities.

- Develop and execute real estate strategies and transactions that support the Clients core business, plans, and objectives

- Update the client on the real estate market (e.g. supply-demand) changes impacting its portfolio.

- Highlight real estate benchmarking data/analysis that could impact the risk profile of the client.

- Review Transaction related documents as part of due diligence process .
