Hiring for Director of QA

We are hiring for the role of Director QA for one of the leading organization in Internet consumer space. We have already launched multiple consumer based products and few more are in line to be launched so soon.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for advancing the Quality Engineering discipline within the company.

- Collaborating closely with development teams & product managers to deliver software releases with an ever increasing level of quality.

- Build and nurture a motivated, high performing team of Test Engineers.

- Expertise in defining & implementing Testing strategies, Test Automation strategy and Continuous Integration development model.

- Driving functional testing, end to end system testing, integration testing, UAT, Performance, Security testing efforts.

- Experience in handling Large test dataset, Localization and Internationalization testing.

- Proficient in Selenium Webdriver, .NET, C#, Java, SQL, VBScript, JavaScript, TestNG, ASP.NET, Web Services, C, C++, JMeter, QTP 10.0, BDD, Mobile platform automation, troubleshooting & debugging.

- Adept in Agile & Waterfall models.
