Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- In depth understanding of the customer use cases, software architecture, and flow of data across each software component

- Develop our QA framework, ensuring that each project is tested end to end

- Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience in software industry

- A proven track record as a Quality Engineering/SDET Manager, including 5+ years of technical experience as an SDET, test Architect, or related role

- Experience in building automated testing solutions to cover middle tier, and backend interfaces and services.

- Proven expertise to automation frameworks.

- A proven track record of hiring and developing engineers to become high performance teams

- Support continuous improvement processes, analysing problems and recommending actions for effective resolution

- Good business sense, good people management skills and strong analytical skills are required
