Qualification: Bachelor/Diploma in Architecture

Job role:
- Project planning, including the establishment of Capex and PERT, recommendations for design enhancements and modifications to local conditions.
- Project procurement includes tendering, negotiating, supervising the distribution of POs and Work Orders to suppliers, and ultimately paying those vendors.
- Control costs, the budget, and every aspect of the capital expenditures for store fit-out.
- Attend kick-off meetings on-site, approve changes based on site conditions, track on-site work progress, keep an eye on project managers while they're working, Participate in crisis situations, and approve the handover process to the business.
- Visit the vendor's or supplier's location to assess the materials' quality.
- Vendor and material development is an ongoing activity that involves finding new vendors and researching materials for all current and forthcoming projects.
