Director - Projects - Dairy

- Our client a conglomerate in the food industry is looking for a seasoned professional from the dairy industry. You would come armed with qualifications in dairy technology and 20+ years of qualitative experience in the industry. 

- You should have been an integral part of greenfield / brownfield projects with specific exposure to value added milk products dairy whiteners, cheese etc.

- The selected incumbent would be responsible for the design of the infrastructure facilities, spearhead the contract negotiations, physical delivery of the project and then to running the day to day operations once the facilities are up.

- Once the operations are running you would have direct responsibility of the production, maintenance. quality control. HR and finance .
