Director - Programs - Education

Director, Programs will work on Program Design, Research & Facilitation

1) Will lead a 5 member and growing prorgam team for short and long term programs

2) Oversee selection process for all programs

3) Bring political expertise for program design & implementation

4) Lead and oversee creation & execution of technical & process based session design & planning

5) Small group and large group facilitation (online & offline)

6) 1-1 coaching to participants

7) Build capacity of the team for coaching & mentoring political aspirants

8) Create learning for different kinds of political audiences, both in English and Hindi.

9) Building partnerships and managing external faculty

Qualifications & Skills:

1) Masters' degree in political science, policy or a relevant field

2) Atleast 16-20 years of full time professional experience.

3) Extensive experience working with politicians and political workers. (absolutely essential)

4) Prior experience in program design, curriculum and session planning.

5) Atleast 5-8 years of experience in theory and practice of adult learning and leadership development.

6) Strong communication skill sin English & Hindi, one more Indian language will be an added benefit.

7) Attention to detail, process orientation and working in uncertainty.

8) Conscientious, disciplined, committed to rigour in all aspects of work.

9) Entrepreneurial, frugal with the ability to give and receive feedback.

10) Ability and willingness to work with people from across the political spectrum.
