- Strong experience on Techno-Functional role.

- Solid understanding of Program Management with good understanding of software development delivery methodologies.

- Working knowledge on Equity Market Data, Fixed Income and Indices.

- Experienced in managing stakeholders, Project Management, Business Analysis.

- Proven experience on technical project management and solid understanding of SDLC processes

- Experienced in Microsoft tools, Jira, Confluence and PPM software

- Understanding of general financial terms, Capital Market and principals required

- Competence in liaising with Clients, Product, Development and Operations stake holders

- Ability to work with a complex stakeholder group across geographical boundaries

- Strategic planning, business change management, Logical Thinking and leadership skills are very much required.
