Job Description - Lead the Program Management function and be responsible for creating the right processes and capabilities to execute Corporate, Strategic, Product and Customer projects/programs.

Description

- Own end-to-end delivery and success with the required Quality, Timelines and Budget Utilization of all product delivery programs

- Be the custodian of all aspects of your function including Performance and Culture.

- Ensure Cross Functional, Multi - Geography, Multi-Disciplinary synchronization across programs and projects

- Act as a Business Partner to Operations team for all matters concerning Product Delivery

- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the legal compliance process, how to apply it and ensure that legal risks to the organization are mitigated.

- Lead a team of Technical Writers to deliver all Product and Engineering Collaterals

- Own the tooling backbone for R&D teams which includes PLM Windchill, MS Project, JIRA and Confluence

- Act as a single point of escalation for all product delivery issues

- Coaching and Mentoring to create high performing teams and act as a change agent

Profile:

- 15+ years of professional experience in both Software AND Hardware Program Management

- Ability to define, develop and clearly articulate requirements.

- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly convey technical content to both engineering and business stakeholders.

- Prior experience leading programs in a product development environment

- Ability to thrive in a start-up culture, a high degree of flexibility in taking ownership of a diverse set of tasks and deliverables to meet overall team goals

- Ability to influence and drive results across functional, organizational, and geographic boundaries.
