Program Director :
- Build, develop and engage a high performing team and support their long-term career growth
- Design, operate and manage the people and processes to meet Key Performance Indicators
- Link long range strategic plan to short range outcomes and goals
- Oversee process design to facilitate, the strategic planning process, including the goal setting process
- Deliver strategic assessment that addresses a broad array of internal performance measures to increase efficiency
- Innovate scalable strategies to improve process efficiencies for better outcomes with lowered input
- Acts as an advisor to the senior executives by structuring undefined issues for resolution
- Works across the leadership team to develop action plans to solve issues and monitor until resolved
