- Rich experience delivering Digital marketing projects for multiple clients
- Deep understanding of client engagement and servicing delivery models including SLAs/commitments, SOW process, and client / vendor management.
- Practical experience in applying industry best practices for software delivery, project planning tools (Microsoft project, JIRA, VSTS) and techniques
- Understanding of client specific solution approach, scope, and functionality for marketing solutions - feeds, APIs, subject areas, aggregates, including frequency of updates, alerts/monitoring/audit processes, campaign templates, CRM reports (ops and MROI), and analytical models and operations
- In depth knowledge of CRM solution components (ETL / Messaging/ Campaign management /Reporting/Modeling tools) as it relates to formulating an MPP/PLM structure in PLM tools (Epics/US)
- Hands on experience delivering projects in SDLC - Waterfall, Iterative and agile methodologies.
- Experience managing client & internal stakeholders
- Experience in implementing and improving technical process adherence and quality of project by implementing engineering and quality metrics
