- Lead concept to execution of merchant lending products

- Responsible for monetization from lending products across the merchant ecosystem

- Build concept and evangelize vision with internal and external stakeholders

- Rapidly prototype and execute with right balance between innovation and best practices

- User empathy, research and voice of user

- People management role with specific focus on Individual responsibilities defined

What will this role achieve?

- Fulfill capital needs to 5m+ SMEs and Micro SMEs in India.

- 5000+ crore AUM across Unsecured Term Loans, Credit Cards, Supply chain financing and Gold Loan products.
