About Our Client

Our client is a global Pharmaceutical giant headquartered in Tokyo, Japan with operations in more than 25 nations. They specialise in almost all therapy areas with a strong API Formulations business worldwide. In India they are setting their Country Headquarters in Mumbai and are hiring a Director to Lead all new and existing product introductions.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head of the Business your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

- Be a leader to your team and manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong grasp over Pharmaceutical business, intellectual property, FDA licensing, FDA processes etc.

- Practical know how of external regulatory affairs in India and globally.

- A strong success record of product development and transfer across a range of product types and therapies.

- Using all sources available to you to ensure a smooth soft and hard product transformation cycle.

- Evaluate and establish a strong product cycle plan to meet business requirements.

- Carry the product plans in lines with timelines set at the onset and upcoming deadlines.

The Successful Applicant

You will have atleast 15 years experience and be working in a similar role currently. You will come from a MNC Pharmaceutical background with the maturity and leadership skills to succeed in this role.
