Director - Product Strategy - Develop a deep understanding of consumer Internet in India from a technology perspective - Help develop long-term Product Strategy with a strong customer and market-backed perspective - Work with cross-functional partners (product, data science, engineering, user research) to surface opportunities and threats, outline data-driven strategic decisions, and frame actionable product recommendations - Influence experienced product leaders based on findings - Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities by bringing together outside-in customer and market view with inside-out understanding of capabilities and what it takes to win - Drive implementation of key initiatives for growth, customer experience, operational effectiveness and service - Help with Product level diligence efforts on M&amp;A and Venture Investments - Think beyond the immediate problem statements, to create long-term, end-to-end perspective, and demonstrate ability to proactively identify strategic opportunities This role will provide a great seat-at-the-table to learn and influence the development of consumer internet in India and will act as a launch pad for impact in horizontal and vertical roles over a period of time Key Qualifications: - 10+ years of total experience across Management Consulting / Investment Banking / Venture Capital and with experience in Technology / Product - Tier 1 engineering and management colleges - Superior analytical skills including strong ability to identify and solve highly ambiguous problems - Ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics - Ability to collaborate with different teams including Architecture, Design, Engineering, Operations, using superior influencing skills, and strong senior-level communication abilities to drive decisions - Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment - Direct experience working with technology: Mobile, Cloud, eCommerce etc - Upbeat and collaborative teammate who can both be an IC and manage a team - Analytical thinker who is data driven, with a can-do attitude and flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs
