About our client :Our Client is the world's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Director - Product Strategy to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic inputs based on an understanding of media dynamics and aid the strengthening of the integrated planning product.

This role reports to : Sr. Director, Product Strategy3 best things about the job :1. Contribute to influencing and enhancing planning best practices
2. Collaboration across various teams from ideation to implementation of workstreams
3. Work with the largest advertiser and leader in the FMCG segment
In this role, your goals will be :In three months :- Familiarize with the systems and processes
- Learn the planning methodology of the agency on both online and offline media
- Understand the different streams of analysis the team undertakes
- Contribute to at least two projects that the team is working on
In six months :- Thorough understanding of planning principles and processes to demonstrate in day-to-day work and conversations
- Collaborate with the necessary teams during the course of a workstream pro-actively
- Point-of-view on the best approach that should be taken on projects
- Ideate on and deliver at least three projects
In twelve months :- Ability to help build a narrative for the projects undertaken by the team
- Manage and deliver projects end-to-end
What your day job looks like at Mindshare :- Provide strategic input in crafting the approach of a project, lead data analysis and support in building the project as a whole
- Collaboration with various teams for information exchange
- Be the go-to person for teams on certain projects and media planning principles
What you'll bring :- Expertise in TV planning or digital planning
- Adept at data analysis and evaluation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in output
- Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Minimum qualifications :- 5-6 years of experience in media planning
- Preferred background in mathematics or statistics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media planning tools - BARC, IRS, DV 360, FB dashboard, etc.
