- We are currently retained by a leading & Hi-Tech Internet player to hire a Leader of Product and Process Strategy to join them as a part of a security division. The Company is Headquartered in US, with offices all across the globe.

- The Position is with a division that ensure that our global community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all platforms, while protecting the brand.

- This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding international team, and a unique chance to be one of the first members in our newly opened office.

- The role would be to work closely with cross-functional partners (content policy, product management, data analytics, operations, engineering, algorithm) to identify, assess and resolve safety-related issues in the products & promote community well-being and user safety with optimization of product features and product strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Address various scenarios such as video, comments, follow/like, accounts, etc. with both qualitative and quantitative approaches to detect potential risks in the global community, craft features and strategies to mitigate these risks.

- Plan and manage complex safety-related projects from problem definition to final execution and global localization.

- Optimize the process and procures to ensure timely and effective delivery.

- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and emerging issues in the trust and safety space and design process or product solutions.

- Brainstorm, assess, and support the implementation of innovative product safety features and internal processes advance trust and safety.

- Build and lead a high-performing team, manage cross-team relations and develop high-potential talents.

To Fit the bill:

- You must be an MBA/B.E/B.Tech from a Top Tier B school with 8-15 years of total experience with 5+ years in trust and safety division.

- The role requires to you travel frequently between clients global offices.

- Ability to quickly identify problems, thoroughly analyze them and deliver feasible solutions.

- Experience in driving highly data-sensitive projects, capable of in-depth data interpretations & a plus if can work with SQL.
