Director - Product - Payments

- We are looking for a strong Product Owner who will further lead a team of Managers and Sr Managers Product and fully own a product life cycle for our payments Division. What you

will be doing as under.

- Responsible for conversion rate and Success Rate of Product Integrating with payment aggregators and banks and omnichannel to make sure the product is made compatible for them.

- To manage cluster of payments products offered by the organisation.

- Develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.

- Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.

- Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.

- Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.

- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.

- To closely work with all the internal stakeholders (such as Operations, IT, legal & Compliance, Finance and strategy teams) to ensure that the product deliverables are met as per plan Expertise in project implementation and setting up of processes Customer centricity.

- Basic knowledge of different technologies, languages & platforms Excellent communicationand presentation skills A good team leader and player, motivator Innovative, Out of box thinker Ability to work under tight deadlines with competing demands and priorities.

- Expertise in domain (exposure to Payments products will be an advantage) Knowledge of Balsamiq or similar platform Basic UI/UX understanding
