Job Title : Director- Product Manager (Expert - Artificial Intelligence)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Product Manager's job is to ensure that the product will support company's overall strategy and goals.

- As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and market/customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support - using both outside in and inside out approach in a balanced way and using agile product development approach.

- You will be driving client meetings on product discussion and addressing any open issues.

- You will also work with market research team to build a competitive products SWOT analysis.

- Successful candidates will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, a user-centric viewpoint, and the drive to maximize market opportunities by designing and developing new offerings.

- You will be on top of latest product innovations/developments in AI market and figure out how it will affect to company and how it should influence our product strategy.

Required Experience:

- 10 years of overall industry experience with 3-5 years as Product Manager/Product Marketing Manager in software product companies - preferably in artificial intelligence and big data analytics space.

- Strong experience with complete product lifecycle - from taking a product concept on a piece of paper and using agile methodology to deliver MRD, PRD, Product Roadmap. Experience of launching the product in market, getting it deployed by customers, taking customer/market feedback and launching next version of the product as part of product evolution.

- Passionate about customer success and has the credibility to work with prospects/clients on shaping the joint product roadmap.

- Startup experience will be a plus.

Educational Background Requirement:

- A technical degree in Computer Science - BS/BE/B.Tech

- MBA would be a plus.
