Director - Product Management/Sr Product Manager - IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB

Minimum 5 years work experience

- education from top tier school (IIT, NIT, BITS) with a BTech background in engineering and MBA from Premier Institute like ISB, IIM etc.

- process oriented individual with a strong knack for analytics and numbers in general

- deep experience at a product company (ideally a top-tier startup) in a B2C environment

- experience in ideating, executing, and scaling on new system development at company

- super high energy person with strong attention to detail

- strong love for technology and a passion for finding unconventional ways to apply technology for meeting offline objectives

- ability to execute new projects/initiatives in a very time-efficient manner

- passion for very hands on work with an ability to nurture and develop talent

- demonstrated ability to work well across different teams at a company (e.g. tech, product, marketing, etc.)

- just want a really smart person overall!
