Important:

- The Incumbent Should Have Worked With S/W Product Organizations And Owned Product Management End To End For The Product And Not Merely Modules

- He/ She Should Have Been A Product Manager And Grown In Hierarchy

- Experience Of Handling Global Customers Is Mandatory

- The Incumbent Should Have Managed At Least A Team Of 3-5 Product Managers Under Them
