Director - Product Management - SaaS (10-14 yrs)

Our Client is one of the fastest growing Saas company.

We are seeking an experienced and execution focused Director of Product Management to lead our product & design team. This role is pivotal in shaping the product strategy, driving the execution of our product roadmap, and ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Product Strategy

- Build a deep understanding of the industry, customers, and users to form an opinion about the direction of the product.

- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, and metrics to guide product development and measure success.

- Engage directly with customers through meetings and conversations to validate product directions and drive customer satisfaction.

Product Management :

- Plan a streamlined roll-out of features, including information flow to users, product documentation, training, and feedback collection.

- Ensure the successful implementation of success metrics for the product.

- Create a go-to-market plan with various business teams to maximise product adoption and success.

- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.


- Lead and mentor the product management & design team, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.

- Collaborate closely with the customer success and sales teams to deeply understand customer needs.

- Work alongside the Head of Product Design and Head of Engineering to ensure a cohesive and user-centric design approach.

Who You Are:

- 10-12 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS.

- Experience working with enterprise software teams is a plus.

- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience leading product teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- Develop and define comprehensive PRDs & success metrics; you can take vague requirements, clarify, and drive them to landing value

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to product management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

- Patience and skill to align teams by helping them understand the rationale for various roadmap decisions

- An eye for critical details and an urge to push boundaries for self-development Spontaneity to translate feedback into improvement areas

- Experience with procure to pay systems is an advantage.
