Director - Product Management - Internet/Online

Key Requirements

- 7-10 years of experience in building products, particularly in the Consumer internet space

- Prior experience with 2-sided marketplaces would be an added advantage

- Ability to influence and inspire teams: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing Product Managers

- Experience managing entire consumer product lifecycles

- Previous work experience in working on a hyper-growth product

- Prior experience in scaling a business through product

- Good negotiation and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams.

- Ability to influence and motivate people across all levels of hierarchy

- Familiarity with Agile principles of sprints, stand-ups and knowledge of project management tools like Jira and Web & APP technologies

- Strong first-principles thinking
