Director- Product Management - Bangalore Your Part : - This role is for the Director of Product for the Hyperlocal as service on the platform (across all channels: app, mobile web and desktop web) - It entails complete ownership of the strategy and roadmap spanning across supply chain, seller management, discovery and demand/supply shaping - Build the product strategy and product roadmap for the functional charter/feature in line with Hyperlocal goals and strategies. - Initiate and prioritize projects, and take the lead when determining the best implementation methods. - The owner of this mandate is responsible to manage all aspects of this experience throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition - It also needs to partner with the business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the respective categories. - You would also manage a high-performing team and would need to coach, guide mentor them to build a truly delightful and seamless experience. Job Role : - Above 12 years of experience, demonstrating management of tasks, resolution of problems and issues and experience in implementing action plans to meet objectives.
