Director - Product Management
- Experience of 10-15 years with at least 5+ years in product management.
- An ideal candidate would have experience in ideating and launching multiple B2C and B2B products in the market and taking them to substantial success. Experience on managing products on multiple platforms is a must have.
- The candidate would have worked with products at different stages of the lifecycle with proven ability to succeed at all stages.

- Defining Success criteria at product and feature level
- Go-To-Market Strategy
- Design and Development
- Measurement of success criteria
- Regular tracking of KPIs like
- Online Revenue
- User Growth Metrics like App installs, Organic Traffic, Registrations
- Product Usage Metrics like DAU, MAU, Returning User, Time Spent
- Tracking of entire User Journey
- Tracking of customer feedback
- Provide Mentorship to other team members

- You should be able to lead from the front and set and example for other team members in the organization.
- You should be able to lead without authority and achieve success for all the stakeholders
Communication:
- The desired candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills and should be able to create great relationships with members of all the functions in the organization.
