Responsibilities: - Leading the product team, delivering on product vision, goal, strategy and roadmap of new products, internal applications, pricing & major initiatives like ERP, CRM, Omni-channel experience. - Managing full product life cycle - from ideation, design to launch, stakeholder management, PRD, backlog management, planning, resourcing, risk mitigation, communication, driving sprint cycles and delivery. - Leading end to end product design for web-based platform. - Understanding competitive landscape from standpoint of strategy and functional capabilities. - Creating a platform that should be absolutely delectable. - Dealing with ambiguity during multiple product implementations, with continuous revised targets. Requirements: - Bachelors/ Master's degree from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges and overall experience of 10+ years and 5+ years of strong product management experience. - Proven B2C startup experience with web product development/ design experience and should have global aesthetic in the product development. - Strong detail orientation of the product which have inter-dependent flows on both front-end as well as back-end. - Should have scaled consumer product experience. - Mandatory experience in fast paced / renowned startups, B2C internet based marketplaces and experience un managing international launches. - Candidate must have led complex cross-functional initiatives end to end. - Work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with a strong action bias. - Ability to rein in creative minds at the right time in order to ensure focus on execution.
