Director - Product Management - eCommerce

One of our clients is hiring for a Director of Product Management role-based out in Bangalore and their one of the leading cool supply chain management e-commerce based organizations.

We would love from you.

- You should have 9+ years of experience and min 5+ years into Product Management from a B2C platform to help our clients consumers.

- You should own the product unit & strategy and understand our client customer requirements, market gaps/ needed gaps and drive release-level features.

- You will manage and motivate a group of diverse product managers and you will own products, create an edge-case and if required should have the ability to write and define product specifications from scratch.

- You will work together with cross-functional teams/should be able to influence cross-functional teams: Backend Engineers, Architects, category, business & finance folks.

- You will work closely with Founders to drive thought leadership across the organization.

- You will mentor product managers and create strong leaders for the future and should have hands-on experience of working on contemporary tools on Analytics, A/B, CLM & Agile.

- And you will be part of recruit & mentor other product managers, providing them with guidance and mentorship to maximize their potential.
