Director Product Management  The Director - Product Management is a key role who will work closely with the leadership team, build a vision for respective products - Mobile and Offline  Responsibilities :   - Define product road map and underlying strategies  - Conceptualize, innovate, develop & monitor new product development   - Work together with customers; collaborate with various teams such as Technology, Design and Marketing for core product development. Also, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define the go-to-market strategy and new product offerings.   - Responsible for building strong reputation with brokers/builders and owners; developing a phased roadmap, driving implementation and managing releases for the mobile and offline.  - Responsible for user acquisition, engagement and retention.   - Solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on project(s) in a complex, fast-moving environment.   - Analyze data to understand user behaviour and use the insights to continuously improve the product offering.   - Be the internal and external evangelist for the product.  - Market research and customer intelligence.  Must Haves :   - He / she should be from good engineering background with 8-10 years of relevant experience.  - He/she should be an experienced product manager in the technology sector developing high quality products or closely worked with the Product Managers in well-respected IT Product companies. Experience in Consumer Internet/eCommerce companies will be an added advantage.  - He/she should have demonstrated the ability to develop a clear strategy for the product(s) from scratch, ensuring they are positioned correctly in terms of breadth and depth of functionality till the final phase.  - He / she should have strong understanding of product life cycle, product requirements definition, product management principles.  Key Personal Attributes :   - Visionary who convinces by using hard data and logical reasoning.   - The candidate should have good business acumen, agility and a mindset to question - why-   - Passion for delivering results and driving internal and external customer success.  - High energy and strong drive complemented with tact and empathy for builders and brokers.  - Should enjoy working in cross-functional environment that includes technology, design, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.
