Description :
- Be the voice of the user and lead extensive user studies to understand user needs and identify current gaps in the system.
- Help to define a product vision and strategy.
- Write clear product requirements and drive the projects to successful completion.
- Work with best-of-the-breed engineers to build high quality machine-learnt models to develop deep understanding of user taste, profile and needs
- Collaborate with partner teams, business teams and other cross-functional org effectively in driving the projects and be the point of contact on the team.
- lead a team of Product Managers, Technical experts and designers.
Profile :
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- Ability to design/develop/implement the product map for the organization
- Thrives in a cross-functional and fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ready to roll up sleeves to spend time in building and leading a team to help the organisation grow
- Expertise in Mobile app/ Customer experience/ Recommendation engine.
